About Me
Maria has over 25 years experience in the hair industry. From training at Umberto Gianinni, she progressed to a senior stylist, specialising in cutting and styling. Maria also worked in education as an NVQ assessor and Internal Verifier training the hairdressers of today across Hereford& Worcestershire. Here she gained valuable insights into business operations and the importance of customer service.
In 2011, Maria opened her first salon and then expanded to The Hair Factory in Redditch. The location offers free parking and made a great base for like minded freelancers to build their business with the help and support of Maria with her administration skills.
